At Noble Saffron Ltd, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for requests made after this period.
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product quality, returned items must remain unopened, unused, and fully sealed, in the same condition as when delivered. This policy helps ensure the purity and safety of our saffron for all customers.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and inform you of the status of your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed quickly and credited to your original method of payment, typically within one working day.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
